This website is operated by Inceptus Designs. Throughout this document, references to "self" and "person" pertain to Inceptus Designs. Inceptus Designs provides services and promotions through this website, subject to user acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in our policies and notices.
Design Revision Policy
Revisions are allowed based on the selected package. Clients have the option to request free amendments (depending on the package) and we will revise the design at no additional cost, provided the fundamental design and concept remain unchanged. Any revisions will be shared no sooner than 24 hours.
Design Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after the approval of designs and concepts (upon delivery). Exceptions include cases where Inceptus Designs terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance, where a proportional refund may apply.
- Refund requests must adhere to the following conditions:
- No refunds will be processed once designs have been approved or changes requested after the initial design delivery. Refund requests will not be considered after 72 hours from the initial design delivery.
- Inceptus Designs reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on individual circumstances, which must be communicated to the dedicated account manager.
- A 100% refund is available if requested before the delivery of the first set of designs, subject to a processing fee deduction.
- A 50% refund is applicable for requests made within 48-96 hours of the initial design submission, provided no revisions have been requested.
- No refunds will be entertained after 7 working days of client inaction. Reactivation of orders may incur a 5% fee based on the selected package.
- No refunds will be considered after final design files have been submitted.
- Inceptus Designs reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of client fraud or deceptive activities. Sub-contracting the project nullifies the refund policy.
Logo and Website Design Services:
For logo and website packages, refunds are not applicable once the initial logo design has been revised based on client feedback or after development of inner pages following client approval of the homepage. Refund requests must be communicated to the assigned account manager.
Similar rules apply to Inceptus Designs branding packages, where refunds are contingent on the status of work completion.
Ownership & Title of Design
Clients retain ownership of the final design product but do not have rights to individual components or materials produced during revisions leading to the final product. Inceptus Designs reserves all rights to ideas, designs, and content.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree that neither Inceptus Designs nor yourself will disparage our employees or partners on public or social media platforms during or after our engagement.
Client engagement during the design phase is crucial for successful project outcomes. In the event that any logo delivered by Inceptus Designs closely resembles an existing template, our commitment ensures a completely original design.
Disclaimer: Any resemblance to pre-existing logo designs is purely coincidental. Inceptus Designs assumes no liability for such instances, and clients are responsible for copyrighting and trademarking their designs.

Confidentiality:

Copyright Infringement and Termination:
All content related to Inceptus Designs is copyrighted. Any intellectual property theft will be addressed according to Oregon's copyright laws. Misrepresentation of client data may lead to termination of our agreement, voiding all refund policies.
